1. All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of our digital products and live challenge events, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. By purchasing from PDF Empire Challenge (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you acknowledge and agree to this policy before completing your purchase.

2. No Refunds for Live Challenges or Digital Products Our products include live challenges, digital templates, and online training, which are considered delivered upon purchase. Since access to the training materials and templates is granted immediately, refunds will not be provided for any reason, including lack of results, personal financial circumstances, or inability to attend live sessions.

3. Exceptions & Eligibility Refund requests will only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate Charge: If you were charged twice for the same product due to a system error, we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge upon verification.
  • Non-Access to Purchased Materials: If you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing your purchased product, you must contact us within 48 hours of purchase, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be granted at our sole discretion.

4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute violates this policy and may result in permanent restriction from accessing our products or services. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide proof of your agreement to this refund policy.

5. Subscription & Trial Cancellations

  • If you have signed up for a trial period (e.g., InfoEngine’s 30-day free trial), you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
  • No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.
  • Subscription cancellations must be made inside your account settings and cannot be processed via email or support requests.

6. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible) If you believe you qualify for a refund under this policy, you must submit a request to support@pdfempirechallenge.com with the following details:

  • Full name and email used for purchase
  • Order number
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots of errors)

Requests missing required information will not be processed.

7. Policy Updates We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
